4. Job ads requiring upfront payment
5. Content containing nudity, violence, or discrimination

1. Do not post the same ad multiple times in the same or different categories.
2. Avoid irrelevant promotions or excessive external linking.
3. Use correct categories — misplaced ads may be deleted to keep the marketplace organized.

1. Never share your account password, OTPs, or sensitive bank details in chat.
2. Always meet in well-lit, public places for transactions.
3. Report any suspicious users or ads immediately to our moderation team.

1. Clearly mention specific job roles, requirements, and company details.
2. No "get-rich-quick" schemes or misleading work-from-home offers.
3. Paid ads or business promotions must follow the platform's advertising policy.

All listings, messages, and platform activity must strictly follow the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

1. Our team reviews and moderates ads regularly to ensure a safe community.
2. We reserve the right to remove ads or ban users who violate these guidelines.
3. You can report any ad or user for review using the "Report" button on the listing page.

All advertisements published on Bahrain Classifieds BH must:

1. Contain accurate and truthful information.
2. Clearly describe the item, service, property, job, or business being advertised.
3. Display the correct asking price.
4. Include genuine photographs of the actual item or service where applicable.
5. Be posted in the most appropriate category.

Listings that contain misleading or incomplete information may be removed.

Users may only advertise items, services, properties, or vehicles that they:

1. Own,
2. Are legally authorized to sell or promote, or
3. Have permission to advertise on behalf of another individual or business.

Proof of ownership or authorization may be requested where necessary.

The following activities are prohibited:

1. Posting duplicate advertisements.
2. Advertising items that are unavailable or already sold.
3. Creating fake listings to collect enquiries.
4. Using multiple accounts to promote the same advertisement.
5. Reposting identical ads repeatedly to gain visibility.

Violations may result in listing removal or account suspension.

Users must upload only genuine images and videos related to the advertised item or service. The following are prohibited:

1. Images copied from other websites without permission.
2. AI-generated images intended to misrepresent the advertised item.
3. Stock photographs that do not accurately represent the listing.
4. Images containing offensive, illegal, or copyrighted material.

Advertisements must display honest and transparent pricing. Users must not:

1. Publish misleading prices.
2. Hide mandatory charges.
3. Advertise unrealistic prices solely to attract enquiries.
4. Misrepresent discounts or promotional offers.

All applicable fees should be disclosed where appropriate.

Employers and recruiters must ensure that job advertisements:

1. Clearly describe the position.
2. Specify employment type.
3. State salary information where possible.
4. Identify the employer or recruitment agency.
5. Do not require upfront payments from applicants.

Fraudulent employment opportunities or "pay-to-get-a-job" schemes are strictly prohibited.

Businesses promoting services must:

1. Accurately describe the services offered.
2. Clearly identify their business where applicable.
3. Avoid misleading claims or false guarantees.
4. Provide truthful contact information.

For your protection:

1. Inspect products before making payment whenever possible.
2. Meet in safe public locations.
3. Verify the identity of buyers and sellers.
4. Never share passwords, OTPs, or banking credentials.
5. Avoid making advance payments without sufficient verification.
6. Report suspicious behaviour immediately.

Bahrain Classifieds BH does not guarantee transactions between users.

Users may not advertise:

1. Stolen goods.
2. Counterfeit products.
3. Illegal goods or services.
4. Fraudulent investment schemes.
5. Misleading financial opportunities.
6. Fake documents or certificates.
7. Items that violate the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
8. Products or services that infringe intellectual property rights.

Such listings will be removed immediately.

All community members must communicate respectfully. The following behaviour is prohibited:

1. Harassment
2. Threats
3. Hate speech
4. Discrimination
5. Abusive language
6. Bullying
7. Spam messages
8. Repeated unwanted contact

Violations may result in account restrictions.

Help us maintain a trusted marketplace by reporting:

1. Fake advertisements.
2. Fraudulent sellers.
3. Scam attempts.
4. Duplicate listings.
5. Copyright violations.
6. Offensive content.
7. Suspicious accounts.
8. Misleading advertisements.

Our moderation team reviews all reports and takes appropriate action.

Bahrain Classifieds BH reserves the right to:

1. Remove advertisements that violate these guidelines.
2. Suspend or permanently terminate user accounts.
3. Request additional identity verification.
4. Restrict access to platform features.
5. Cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where legally required.
