Users are solely responsible for:

• Negotiating prices.
• Completing transactions.
• Delivering goods or services.
• Compliance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Users must ensure that all information submitted is truthful, complete, and current.

All advertisements must:

• Be posted in the correct category.
• Include accurate descriptions.
• Display genuine prices.
• Use authentic photographs where applicable.
• Clearly identify the advertised product or service.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Bahrain Classifieds BH reserves the right to edit, reject, or remove listings that violate these requirements.

By posting an advertisement, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the advertised item; or
• You have legal authority to sell, rent, or promote it; or
• You have obtained permission from the rightful owner.

You are solely responsible for any claims arising from unauthorized advertisements.

All transactions are conducted directly between buyers and sellers. Bahrain Classifieds BH is not a party to any transaction and is not responsible for:

• Product quality.
• Product authenticity.
• Delivery arrangements.
• Payment disputes.
• Warranty claims.
• Returns or refunds.
• Service performance.

Users should independently verify all information before completing any transaction.

The platform may offer paid services including:

• Featured Listings
• Sponsored Advertisements
• Business Profiles
• Promotional Packages
• Premium Account Services

Fees for these services are displayed before purchase. Unless otherwise required by law, payments for completed services are non-refundable.

Users may not advertise or promote:

• Stolen goods.
• Counterfeit products.
• Illegal goods or services.
• Fraudulent investment schemes.
• Fake employment opportunities.
• Misleading advertisements.
• Infringing intellectual property.
• Offensive, abusive, or unlawful content.
• Any products or services prohibited under the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Bahrain Classifieds BH reserves the right to remove such content immediately.

Users retain ownership of the content they upload.

By submitting advertisements, photographs, videos, descriptions, logos, or other content, users grant Bahrain Classifieds BH a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and promote such content for operating and marketing the platform.

Users must not upload content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.

Users are expected to communicate respectfully and professionally.

Harassment, threats, spam, impersonation, fraud, abusive language, or any form of unlawful communication is strictly prohibited.

The platform may investigate complaints and take appropriate enforcement action.

To protect the marketplace, Bahrain Classifieds BH may:

• Verify user identities.
• Request ownership documentation.
• Remove suspicious advertisements.
• Suspend suspicious accounts.
• Investigate reports of fraud.
• Cooperate with law enforcement authorities where legally required.

Bahrain Classifieds BH reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that:

• Violates these Terms.
• Posts fraudulent advertisements.
• Uses multiple accounts to manipulate listings.
• Attempts to compromise platform security.
• Repeatedly violates Community Guidelines.
• Engages in unlawful activities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bahrain Classifieds BH shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from user transactions.
• Product defects.
• Fraud committed by users.
• Loss of profits.
• Business interruptions.
• Data loss.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Users access and use the platform entirely at their own risk.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bahrain Classifieds BH, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or legal expenses arising from:

• User-generated content.
• Advertisements.
• Breach of these Terms.
• Violation of applicable laws.
• Infringement of third-party rights.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Any dispute arising from the use of Bahrain Classifieds BH shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Bahrain Classifieds BH reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time.

Updated versions will be published on this page together with the revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
